What are your delivery options?
Normal Mail: FREE
1-4 business days. Via Singpost. Basic postage option, items will arrive within 1-4 working days from when shipping confirmation is received from KAMY. Does not come with any tracking number.
Registered Postage: $2.25
2-4 business days. Highly recommended. Via singpost. comes with tracking number which will be emailed to you upon shipping, items will reach you in 1-4 working days . You may track the status at https://www.singpost.com/

FREE delivery for orders within Singapore. Free delivery only apply to Singpost regular mail, which is not trackable. KAMY will not be liable for lost mail sent using this method.
If you like to ensure safety arrival of your package, we will recommend SingPost Registered Mail to ensure that you receive your orders promptly. For Registered mail, it comes with a base fee of $.2.25. All registered Post are handled by Singapore Post And comes with a tracking number.

 

To opt for registered mail, you need to top up another S$2.25 for this service. With registered mail, you are able to track your order and Singpost is liable for missing parcels. You need to be available to acknowledge receipt for your order and it may take an additional 2 to 4 days for delivery. Please choose the "registered mail" option before you proceed to payment.

 

International Shipping
 

Orders shipping to Malaysia are charged a base fee of sgd1.50 per item. Orders shipping to Australia and other Asia countries are charged a flat rate of $20. Orders shipping to United States, Europe countries & the rest of the world are charged a flat rate of $30. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

KAMY is Paypal verified. You will be able to select Paypal payment during the checkout process, and you will be directed to the Paypal payment/login page to complete the payment on your order, or pay by your credit card directly if you do not already have a Paypal account.

Internet Banking / ATM Fund Transfer
 

You will be able to select Fund Transfer during the checkout process. If you have selected this option during the checkout process, you will be receiving an email with your order number together with our bank details in the email. Kindly complete the payment in within 24 hours through any method that is most convenient for you: ATM or online transfer Bank: POSB savings account 06-2219-858

 

Returns & Exchange
*We do not do any refunds / only exchange*
All Exchange Item(s) Can only be done with the tag intact unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
 

1. We apologise if we had sent you a defective/ incorrect item. We will require them to be mailed back to us via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. KAMY
will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail. Please do not send the defective piece back on your own accord. If the defected or incorrect item(s) has been sold out, you may choose another item to replace with the same value or more to top up.


2. Free size items are not applicable for exchange as measurements have been provided. Postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer for such cases.


3. Items on sale and/or promotion are not eligible for any exchange/returns


4. Items requested for exchange/returns must be sent to us within 14 days of receipt. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained. Please kindly retain your parcel in original condition .


5. Kindly email us at SALES@JUSTKAMY.COM or PM our facebook page (KAMY )with a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece for us to advise you further.


6.All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn . Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.


7. Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-1" as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.


8. For accuracy of items, do refer to measurements stated.


9. For printed items, do allow for slight variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement.


10. Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.

11. Do kindly seek our confirmation, If you would like to bring the items down to the events for exchange .Please do take note it is very important for you to send us a email and wait for our reply before you proceed to the branch for the
exchange, this is to ensure that the products you want is available for you.
